Transition to Adulthood workshops are delivered by Parenting Special Children and Parent Forum leads from Reading, West Berkshire and Wokingham.

We have also previously run workshops on Leaving School/Education – What’s Next?, A Parent’s Experience of Transition to Adulthood, Speaker from a local authority Learning Disability Team, Speaker from IASS, etc.

Who is the Transition to Adulthood Workshop (Berks West) for?

This workshop is only available to parents/carers in Berks West NHS (Reading, Wokingham, West Berks).
