Helpline
Helpline Service offers one to one support, signposting and information to families who have recently received a diagnosis for their child/young person or are awaiting an assessment. This service can support parent/carers in a variety of ways:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
9:30am to 2:30pm during term time, (calls and emails may also be picked up at other times). Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We have volunteers who speak different community languages. Please get in touch with us if a parent needs support but does not have English as their first language.
