A single workshop delivered online via Zoom by a paediatric occupational therapist.
Your child does not need to have received a diagnosis for you to attend.
The workshop is funded by East Berkshire NHS and commissioned by GEMS Autism and ADHD Support Service East Berkshire. Your booking information will be provided to GEMS as the commissioner of the workshop.

Facilitators
Amy Plumer
Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Amy is a paediatric occupational therapist who co-facilitates our social group for neurodiverse girls and young women, known as ‘The A Team’, where she helps create a supportive and empowering environment. In addition, Amy facilitates the Sensory Processing and Interoception workshops, using her specialized knowledge to educate and support families and individuals in understanding and managing sensory processing.
Helen Tracey
Parenting and Sleep Practitioner
Helen has many years’ experience as a social worker with a strong background in supporting disabled children and their families. Her personal family experience with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, sleep difficulties, and sensory processing challenges gives her a unique perspective and empathy in her work. Helen’s dual roles as a Sleep Practitioner, and as a Social Worker in a Short Breaks Service, further enriches her understanding and ability to make a positive impact.

On booking you will receive an ‘order’ email, followed by a ‘ticket details’ email.

The Zoom link, meeting ID and passcode will be in your ‘ticket details’ email. Please check your junk folder, add the event to your calendar, and keep the email safe for use on the day of the event.
Zoom will ask you to sign in, and to register for the event, so please allow time for this before the event starts. You can register at any point after booking and we advise to do this asap so we can help if you have any difficulties.
