ADHD Course: Berkshire West

Overview

Three linked sessions delivered online via Zoom by specialist parenting practitioners.

The sessions are funded by the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) and are provided as part of the Berkshire West Autism and ADHD Support Service in partnership with Autism Berkshire.

Parenting Practitioner

Denise has many years experience of working within schools with children and families, many of whom have lived experience of neurodiversity and/or special needs and disabilities. She is also an accredited mindfulness and compassion teacher (CPCAB).

Charlie Taylor

Helpline Manager

Charlie provides information and support to parents/carers and professionals through our Helpline. She coordinates and facilitates our monthly face-to-face community support groups for parents/carers of children with special needs. She works with our Children and Young People groups, and supports practitioners on Autism and ADHD workshops. Charlie has personal and professional experience of neurodiversity.

The Zoom link, meeting ID and passcode are in the booking confirmation email. Please check your junk folder, add the event to your calendar, and keep the email safe for use on the days of the event.

Zoom will ask you to sign in, and to register for the event, so please allow a few minutes for this before the event starts. You use the same Zoom information for all of the sessions.

We will use the Chat function to allow you to ask questions during the sessions. The events are best viewed on a PC or laptop. Please have the latest version of Zoom installed. You can download the software here: https://zoom.us/download

Please note that you may not record the workshops or take screenshots. This is to maintain confidentiality and privacy for attendees.
