Who do I contact if I have a technical problem when booking an event?

Please email admin@parentingspecialchildren.co.uk giving as much information as you can. Our Administration Manager will get back to you as soon as they are able to help resolve the problem.

What should I do if Zoom tells me I'm not authorised to attend an event?

Our online events require you to have a Zoom account. You can set up a free account here: https://zoom.us/signup#/signup
If you already have a Zoom account, double-check that you are using the correct account name and password.
