Please email admin@parentingspecialchildren.co.uk giving as much information as you can. Our Administration Manager will get back to you as soon as they are able to help resolve the problem.
When you make a booking the system sends an order/billing confirmation email and a ticket confirmation email. The ticket confirmation email contains details of how to attend the event. If you can’t find the confirmation emails in your Inbox it is likely that they have gone into your Spam/Junk mail folder. Please check your Spam/Junk mail folder regularly and adjust any settings to make sure that emails aren’t being auto-deleted before you have the time to look at them. If you still can’t find the ticket confirmation email please contact admin@parentingspecialchildren.co.uk by 12pm (noon) on the day of the event for evening events, and by 12pm (noon) on the day before morning and weekend events.
