What is A Team?
The A team is a group for Autistic / ADHD primary and secondary age girls.
They meet monthly (excluding the summer holidays) to have fun, build confidence, form friendships and allow them to be their authentic selves in a safe and nurturing space. When we meet at our regular venue we also have a support group that runs at the same time for parents / carers. Click to watch a video of one of the members talking about the group.
Duration: 2 minutes, 4 seconds

More information
The group has been going for over 5 years and the young people drive what we do in the sessions, over the years we have done many different activities.
Parents and Carers may stay on site and attend our Autistic/ADHD Girls Parents/Carers Support Group. Parents/Carers of children who require 1:1 support will need to stay in the session with the child. We are unable to accommodate children, other than those attending The A Team session, unless otherwise stated.
We are very grateful to The Good Exchange for supporting this project.
