Sleep Well Workshop (Trauma Informed) March 2026

Overview

For Berkshire adopters, foster carers, kinship carers, and birth parents of children and young people affected by early life trauma. We have limited tickets for non-Berkshire families.

Bedtimes and sleep can be particularly challenging for children and young people with early life trauma and insecure attachments.

An additional family member may attend for free with a paying attendee, when accessing the event from the same device. Book one ticket and add the additional attendee details to the booking form.

We are very grateful to The National Lottery Community Fund for supporting this workshop.

Please note that payment by ‘invoice request’ is only available where professionals have agreed to pay for a ticket for a family they support.
