Overview
This 7 week course is aimed at birth parents/families of children affected by trauma through adverse childhood experiences like domestic violence, family break-up, bereavement, parental mental health issues and/or substance misuse. It has attachment theory underpinning all modules.
The usual cost of this course is £250 per person. Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund we are able to offer it at the massively reduced price of £25 per person. An additional family member may attend for free with a paying attendee, when accessing the event from the same device. You only need to book one ticket as there is space on the booking form to add an additional attendee’s details.
Email tas@parentingspecialchildren.co.uk for booking details.
Please note that payment by ‘invoice request’ is only available where professionals have agreed to pay for a ticket for a family they support.
